Recently, while State Radio was in the studio recording songs for their new album, everyone spontaneously picked up an instrument and started playing. Mad Dog picked up the bass, Dom the producer hopped behind the kit (no one knew he could play drums!), then Chad and Chuck joined in and everyone just started jamming this new version of the song "Indian Moon." We caught the song on tape (sound and video) and wanted to share with you. Thanks to our friend Mike Gill for catching this on video as it happened.
Drove 3 1/2hours to see the Nov 3rd show at Mr Smalls in Millvale, PA. SO WORTH IT! Had a great time! Can't wait until they make their way back to my area(Frederick, Maryland). I'm excited to help out with a Calling All Crows project; hope they line one up next time they play Baltimore of D.C. I'll be there!
Why the hell did state radio sell out for a goddamn hot dog commercial. And Sybil Chad? Sybil is the lead singers (Chad) girl friend. As soon as I herd about this me and my brother went searching to see why. What the hell is sybil doing on a hot dog commercial. If I was Sybil id be pretty mad. IT was a wick nice love song, now im going to always have to think of this. And i though sybil and chad were both vegetairans. I get that you were from mass and its a fenway frank and stuff. But come on. And like a day or two before this my brother just purchased the collectors album. He was mad weird about it too. You guys are still my favorite band. but Someone should explain why you guys did this.
